The Commission meets on the second Thursday of each month at 9:00 A.M. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 44 North San Joaquin Street, 6th Floor, Stockton, California. Occasionally conflicts will arise requiring an adjustment to the regular meeting time. Changes to a regularly schedule meeting will be posted.
