The North San Joaquin Water Conservation District provides groundwater management through conjunctive use of groundwater and surface water.

5. Meeting Schedule: Meetings are held the last Monday of each month except for May and December at the Lodi Public Library Community Room at 2:00 pm. Unless otherwise noted on the Agenda.
