The District is located southwest of the City of Lathrop and the Paradise cut and northeast of the City of Tracy. A small portion of the southeast portion of the District lies within the Tracy city limits. The District is located in the southern portion of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, on the southwesterly side of Paradise Cut.
