Proposal: The City of Stockton proposes to annex two parcels totaling approximately 37.4 acres that will consist of a subdivision for development of 217 single-family homes.

Location: The two parcels are in unincorprated San Joaquin County, and located near E. Charter Way to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, and Mariposa Road to the west.
